Mr. Hawryluk is the Managing Partner of Robertson Stromberg LLP.  Timothy’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and employment law.  His client list includes many of the Province’s leading companies in the areas of transportation, retail, manufacturing, insurance and food production.

Timothy’s advice has been sought on a variety of human resources management issues, including large scale corporate reorganization, compliance with regulatory authorities, workplace safety, harassment, dismissals and grievance arbitrations.  He has also defended a number of companies which have sustained charges related to serious injuries and fatalities that have been incurred on the worksite.

Within his practice, Timothy has also been appointed as an Inquest Coroner by the Province of Saskatchewan and has served in the capacities of both Coroner’s Counsel and Inquest Coroner on a number of Inquests.  In 2017, he was honoured with receiving his Queen’s Counsel (Q.C.) designation.  Tim is married to his wife Jamie and they have two daughters.  In recent years, Tim has coached a number of minor sports teams – primarily in ringette and softball.
